A. Defining Delivery Time

- In the case of overseas shipment of goods, in principle, within 10 days based on the basis of business days. However, inevitable cases such as seismic disasters, strikes, etc. be considered an exception. If delivery is delayed, notification on the website will be processed for customers. 

- In the case of local transport of goods, in principle, transport within 3 days based on the business date. However, inevitable cases such as seismic disasters, strikes, etc. be considered an exception. If delivery is delayed, notification on the website will be processed for customers. 

- Prior notice that shipping time may be delayed in the case of overseas/local holidays. 

  

B. Liability to the transport company

- In principle, MAMAKIM are responsible for handling customer complaints. 

- MAMAKIM may be responsible for local service providers and contracted foreign shipping companies. 

- MAMAKIM has registered transportation insurance to minimize disputes.
